How to operate a high speed tufting machine?

Release time:

2024-03-08

The drive structure of the high-speed toothbrush tufting machine consists of a main drive shaft and four servo drive shaft systems. The four servo axes are the horizontal X-axis, the vertical Y-axis, the Z-axis and the rotation A- axis. The XY two-axis coordinates determine the orientation of the toothbrush hole, the axis plays the role of replacing the next toothbrush, and the Z axis plays the role of replacing the toothbrush bristles. When the spindle motor (controlled by the inverter) is working, the four electronically controlled servo shafts work together. When the spindle stops, the remaining four shafts stop. The spindle speed determines the hair transplant speed. The four servo axes respond to the requirements of harmonious drive, otherwise hair loss or uneven hair will occur.

In order to prevent the above problems, the editor believes that the following issues should be paid attention to when operating high-speed tufting machines:

1. When the machine is started, do not open the door on the right side of the fuselage to prevent clothes and other objects from being caught by the belt.

2. Do not put your hand into the machine that has been started.

3. Do not drop objects or other objects such as brush handles into the operating machine to prevent damage to parts caused by the impact of tufting heads or crochet knives.

4. If the parts are worn, please replace them as soon as possible to prevent damage to other parts or inferior products.

5. Pay attention to the cleaning, maintenance and leveling of the machine.

6. Add clean 46-48# hydraulic oil into the oil tank.

7. The oil cups of the intake filter and pressure regulator should be filled with steam oil.
