Different types of brush rollers have different production processes
First cut the steel shaft into a suitable size, rotate the blank on the machine tool, weld, reinforce, and straighten, and then make the roller core prototype through the lathe; then according to different requirements, the core tube may be placed outside the prototype. Direct injection into the mold, so that the brush roll body is basically shaped. The injection-molded roller body or sleeve is completed on the machine tool according to the size required by the drawing, and subsequent processing is carried out according to different process requirements, such as fine grinding of the rubber roller core, different keyway heads or interfaces on the shaft.
